Beyond Hello. I know that the company I used to work for used this company to secret shop their stores. So they are definitely legit.

What you should do is look for reviews regarding the company. Simple google or yahoo searches should do the trick.
Even malls, you may be able to call customer service and request information on which stores employ “mystery shopper” companies.
