shopping
skiriduba asked:

I own a small shopping center, and need to know some businesses which would be good to try to get as tenants.
the problem with it is that the center is not highly visible so the tenants need to be the type that are not highly retail oriented. I already have a small restaurant, an insurance company, a pay day loan company. I have 2 spaces available. Please help or give ideas, thanks.

Travel around and find shopping centers like yours and see what is thriving there…. and even take pictures and interview the successful merchants. You can use that in your sales pitch to interest other merchants for your spaces.

You a hair salon, every shopping center needs one. It’s not only retail oriented and it offers services not unlike the tenants u already have.

either a nail salon or a franchise food shop - like subway or bruster’s.

a spa would be nice. it need not to be in a highly visible area. people in spas want privacy too. good luck!
